What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

  • Standard Policy: We have a 3-day cancellation policy, which is typical for our industry. This means that if you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we kindly ask for at least three days' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • No Limits on Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and plans may need to be adjusted accordingly. Therefore, there are no limits to how many times you can reschedule your move within the allotted timeframe.
  • Deposit Requirement: In some cases, particularly for larger moves or during peak seasons, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a last-minute cancellation.
